These Terms and Conditions becomes effective upon signup to Vemart mall or Vemart expert Trader for Support Services related to Purchases product(s) and Service(s) procured by Customer. These Terms and Conditions will govern the rights and obligations of Vemart and Customer in relation to trading of Product(s) and Services described in any related Order Form(s), Statement(s) of Work, Contract(s) or other document(s).

These terms and conditions apply between Vemart, the User of this website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Vemart Expert Trader, the owner and operator of the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the website immediately

 

ACCOUNTS

Registration of account on Vemart Expert Trader is free but you may not register or create an account with us if you are (according Nigeria legal constitution) a minor, that is, you are under the age of 18 years. Any notice of forgery, falsity, inaccurate or untrue data in the process of creating your account as a member with Vemart may result to termination and deleting of your account as a member of Vemart Expert Trader. Any order placed by a minor should be done under the supervision of an adult and with the account of such adult. If you are of legal age (i.e. you are 18 years of age or above), you may create an account as a member with our mall by providing Vemart with your valid email address, completing and submitting your form.

 

REGISTRATION

You may register an account as a vendor with our mall, you will be asked to provide us with your business description and you agree to the terms and conditions.

You must ensure that the detail provided by you on registration or at the time are correct.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.

We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach the terms and conditions.

You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing to the address at the end of these terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the website. Cancellation or suspension of your registration does not affect any statutory right.

 

PASSWORD AND SECURITY

When you register on this website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidentially and not disclose or share with anyone.

If we have any reason to believe that there have been or is likely to be a misuse of this website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account

By Your use of Vemart Mall or Vemart Expert Trader, you confirm that you solemnly and strictly agree to the binding terms governing browser. These Conditions shall apply to the Contract between Vemart Expert Trader, Vendors and Customers and shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions which Users may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of Order or similar document.

 

All orders for Items shall be deemed to be an offer by Users to purchase Items pursuant to these Conditions.

 

Our employees or agents or vendors are not authorized to make any representations concerning the Items on this platform unless if transaction occurred at their marketplace. In entering any transactions, Users acknowledge that they do not rely on, and waive any claim for breach of, any such representations which are not so confirmed. In respect of no written representations will be termed as breach of contract.

 

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any quotation, pricelist, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Vemart shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

No order submitted by the User shall be deemed to be accepted by Vemart unless and until
