Howbeit, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. This policy informs about your right to return and have a refund for any product that has previously been purchased from our website.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your right, know the procedure and guidelines involve relating to and also understand the requirements for the return and refund on product(s).

RETURN POLICY

You are eligible to return all wrong, counterfeit, damaged or defective item(s) received from us within 1 – 8 days of the delivery date. Ensure that all returning item(s) have their seals, original tags and accessories intact and must be in unused condition and original packaging.

CONDITION OF RETURN EXCEPTIONS

You may not return all sealed item(s) if their seals have been opened.

You may not return perishable item(s), substrates and drugs after delivery.

You are not eligible to return any item(s) after 1 – 8 days of delivery except for large appliance and similar appliances.

We may refuse to grant returns if you received what you ordered but simply changed your mind about the product(s) after delivery.

You maybe refuse grant to return if you misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product(s).

You maybe refuse grant to return the item if the reason for return is personal.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)

1.   Fill the form in return order. Ensure that all the details tag provided on this page is accurate.

2.   Provide a clear photo or video of the damaged, counterfeit, wrong or defective item(s), give the reason(s) and provide details to help us identify the issue with the product.

3.   Wait for 24 to 48 working hours for feedback.

4.   Select the method of return ideal to you.

5.   Check your information and submit your return request.

NOTE: only 2 attempt will be made to pick up your item on 2 business days. You will be scheduled on the day for the pick up or to make the drop off.

REFUND POLICY

Refund processing commences immediately returns have been validated. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

NOTE: We bear the return cost.
